The meeting was called to order at 4:38 pm by Keith Bridenhagen.  Also in attendance was Fred Anderson, Jeff Johnson and James Slomski, clerk. 

Jeff Johnson motion to approve the agenda and Fred Anderson second. Pass 3-0

 Fred Anderson made a motion to approve the minutes of September 26, 2007 and Jeff Johnson second.   Passed 3-0

No public input.

Fred Anderson motion to approve the budget as presented. Jeff Johnson second. Passed 3-0

William Casey discussed the land swap at the sports center for future addition for plant expansion.  There is a question of ownership on area “D” which may be owned by owned by Village of Sister Bay and or the Town of Liberty Grove.  William Casey will address the issue at future meetings.

Fred Anderson made a motion to approve the bill to be paid and Jeff Johnson second. Pass 3-0.

On correspondence-Keith Bridenhagen signed the waiver of construction lien from MMA, Inc.

The future meeting date is open at this time.
