Liberty Grove Sanitary District #1   (home)

On July 2, 2008 there will be a public hearing held at the Town of Liberty Grove Town Hall to hear testimony regarding the expansion of Liberty Grove Sanitary Dist. #1 to include the entire Town. 

The purpose of the district change is to give the Town statutory authority throughout the entire town, not just in it's current Dist.#1 area.  This does not mean that the Town intends on running sewer and water throughout the entire Town.  An adjustment in mil rate will be made to those who do not receive sewer and water benefits.

A copy of the request to add to Sanitary Dist. #1 is available at the Town Hall for anyone wishing to read the original request.
