The meeting was called to order at 6:03 pm by Keith Bridenhagen. In attendance was Keith Bridenhagen, Fred Anderson and James Slomski, clerk. Jeff Johnson was absent.

Public Input.-No

Action on bids accepted on March 11, 2009 for sanitary work on Beach Road-Fred Anderson made a motion to accept the apparent lower bid of $37880.00 from Harbor Construction and Keith Bridenhagen second. Pass 2-0

Yacht Harbor Shores update only- Keith Bridenhagen will call Paul Welter from Robert E. Lee & Associates concerning costs estimates of the sewer and water line.

Keith Bridenhagen made a motion to approve the payment of bills and Fred Anderson seconded. Pass 2-0

Future meeting- Is to be determined by the information received by Robert E. Lee concerning the construction cost for the loop.

Keith Bridenhagen made a motion to adjourn and Fred Anderson second. Pass 2-0. Meeting ended at 6:30pm
