Nomination Form with recommendation to Highway Committee for implementation
8. Discuss procedures and commencement of Heritage Roads nominations by property owners
and residents (e.g., public announcement and invitation, collection and tabulation of
nominations, deadlines, etc.)
9. Discuss tabled agenda item calling for a hiatus on routine road maintenance (tree
cutting/trimming):
A. Consider motion to take hiatus item off table
B. Consider motion for enactment to the Highway Committee and Town
Board
10. Establish future meeting date(s)
11. Correspondence
