Beach remediation. Kalms reviewed the progress to date: Biofilter is installed; outfall permit from DNR is in hand to install the outfall pipe from the biofilter area; the lakebed lease application has been submitted. The committee then reviewed the Miller Engineering drawings and walked the beach/dock area. Chairman Jay Olson joined the meeting at 1:30. 2. Install three dunes: one east of the proposed walk, one large dune in the middle, and one small dune where the proposed walk to the dock is (as shown on Miller Engineering drawing).

3. No westerly walkway. No walkways between the dunes.

4. Biofilter area: install plants, but no goldenrod or sunflowers.

5. Beach nourishment: fill current swale and install 100 cu. yd. of sand to gradually taper into the water.

6. West of dock: install plantings along the shore for a barrier.

The meeting adjourned at 2:20 PM.
