A. Consider recommendation to proceed with improving Hanson Lane
B. Hill Road--consider recommendation to remove speed limit east of Village limits
and install cautionary 35 mph signs in that area
11. Approve resolutions of appreciation: Assessor David Dorschner and County
Emergency Services Director Richard Burress
12. Consider action on the following Plan Commission recommendations:
A. Approval of variance to extend deck walkway within 30 feet of
ordinary high water mark—Jeff Huppertz at 1166 Garrett Bay Rd
B. Approve conditional use permit application for expansion of
campground/RV park—Dale Hilander at 11503 Highway 42
13. Consider adoption/modification of Town records access ordinance
14. Consider request for waiver of Section 8(a), Location of Premises, of Town Alcohol
Beverage Ordinance 1-84 (No class A or B license to be issued for premises less
than 300 feet from Church): Patrick Doherty at 2741 Highway 42
15. Operator license approval
