The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm by Keith Bridenhagen. In attendance was Keith Bridenhagen, Fred Anderson, Peter Sauer and James Slomski, clerk.
Roll Call- Fred Anderson, Peter Sauer and Keith Bridenhagen.
Approval of minutes of April 13, 2011- Fred Anderson made a motion to approve the minutes and Keith Bridenhagen second. Pass 2-0 Peter was not at the April 13, 2011 meeting.
Public Input-None
Village of Sister Bay Utility Manager Report-None. Jim Slomski asked Steve Jacobson about checks received from Yacht Harbor Shores concerning impact fees and signing waivers of lien. Steve indicated that Jim should confer with Martha from Sister Bay Utilities.
Approval of resolution for the 2010 Annual Compliance Maintenance-Fred read the resolution aloud and a motion was made to approve. Fred Anderson made a motion to approve the resolution and Peter Sauer second. Pass 3-0
Update on Yacht Harbor Shores-No further update. Leave off agenda until further progress is made on looping.
.Update on Intergovernmental agreement-Several meetings. Agreement on equal representation of town and village members. Agreement of spread sheet approving the rate sheet.. Work in progress to be on future agendas.
Report and update on insurance-Sister Bay Historical made a claim for the loss but was denied. Jeff Pfeifer indicated that he would assist with the filing of the claim on our behalf. This is item will be on the next agenda.
Payment of bills-Keith Bridenhagen mad a motion to approve and Peter Sauer second. Pass 3-0
Correspondence-Notice of Hearing concerning water conservation and construction rules in Madison WI.

Peter Sauer made a motion to adjourn and Keith Bridenhagen second. Pass 3-0. Meeting ended at 5:08
